Lighting make-up and airbrushing does the trick. TV is make-believe and pretty hard for real people to live up to. All the guys I see on TV look so much better than the ones I meet in Person...

TV is real life to many out there! Everything is"gospel" if seen on TV. If monetarily possible advertise on TV.

Do not underestimate anyone that comes to seek employment from you just by appearances, give everyone a chance and quite possibly you will find that gem of a person who can further add more growth, wealth and status to your organisation.My husband is that potential employee.Sharp, sharp brain, attention to detail, he is just wasting away.

Know your product. Know your market. Knuckle down, buckle down, do it, do it, do it. It takes a lot of work and backbone. There will be many obstacles. There is no quick route to success and you need to not step on toes while getting to your target.
