Of course. They will say whatever is convenient and seem to feel no obligation to actually believe what they say.

The Democrat Leadership, under Bill Clinton, made it official US policy to eliminate Saddam by force. Clinton failed, so they re-approved that policy under Bush. Now they all pretend they didn't really mean it...

Such people cannot be trusted with the reins of our nation.

WHAT WE KNOW NOW - The CIA report was correct in stating that Saddam was hiding WMD from the UN inspectors. We have found a lot of the hidden weapons now...

Democrats, like all Americans, assumed when we went into Iraq in 2003 that the war would be executed competently.
Bush has said that this is not the war that began in 2003. It's a different war. For once I agree with him. However there is a limit to what we can do, We have to be willing to admit that the best interest of Iraq and the best interests of the US may no longer be the same, if they ever were. We need to determine if we are helping or merely fanning the flames of unrest with our presence. If we're making things worse simply by being there then we need to swallow our pride and pull out. It's in the best interests of the troops and in the best interests of the Iraqi's.

Actually it would appear that without a drastic turn for the better in Iraq, responsible Republicans are beginning to realize that unless America pulls our troops out before the end of 2007, there is every likely hood that the 2008 election will be a disaster for their candidates. There is a general consensus in Washington that this administraton's policy in Iraq is killing the Republican party.

The Dems, didn't start the stupid war, Bin Laden did when he flew airplanes into the towers, and then Bush decided instead of going after Binny boy his BUDDY, to go after Saddam, who insulted his daddy. So now we have Saddam and his sons dead, More of our troops going over to conquer God knows what, because for thing thing for sure, Bin Laden isn't even MENTIONED any more. Why do we have a war? ASK BUSH!
And while your at it, ask him how Bin Laden is doing, and when will he be at the next DINNER PARTY!!!

What's funny is that democrats call Bush and idoit, yet claim he fooled them into giving him power to declare war. So what does that say for the democrat party?
