Normally, an ectopic pregnancy will give you a positive on your pregnancy tests. The hormone they test for is still present. I agree with these ladies, you should see your doctor soon.

You need to be seen by a physician first thing next week. This could be a number of things but if it is an ectopic pregnancy then you need to be under a physicians care. If this is then your fallopian tubes could burst and you would be in some serious pain. My mom had a grapefruit size knot around where her ovaries were and it turned out to be a tumor and because she didn't seek medical attention sooner she had to have a hysterectomy due to the tumor growing into her uterus. She was in her twenties too. Not tell you this to scare you but to show you th importance of seeking medical attention soon. I wish you the best of luck and hope everything is fine but to be on the safe side go get checked on Monday!!!!!

hose symptoms are too common and too mild to be from ectopic pregnancy, you're probably just experiencing your first pregnancy, which is why everything freaks you out. It happened to me with my allergies, I know it's not the same, but there was I thinking I was gonna die and turned out I just needed a vacation at sea level and some treatment. Why don't you just go back for the sonogram, rule it out and stop torturing yourself with half baked thoughts?

could be an infection. My BF had that .. they had to take away one of her ovaries .. it was as big as an apple .. she had an emergency surgery because she thought it was nothing at first but in few days she hurt so much she could hardly talk .. I took her to the emergency room and they operated her right away. They said that she would have died if she came later ...

I am not saying that this is your case but you better have that checked. It's probably nothing serious but I wouldn't risk it.

Good luck
