Call your old High School, and they'll direct you to a central storage/filing location where they store all the school records from previous years.

Call the board of education in your school system or district. Or in some towns it is called the Central Office Administrative CenterI You may have to send a letter to request the records. It may take awhile.

If you're in high school, just go to your guidance counselor and ask for it (they'll be more than willing to give you a copy).

If you've graduated, go to the school you graduated from and ask for a copy of it (from the Guidance Office).
