Don't do anything. Just wait a while...like a day or two. Mine was like that for 2 days and then suddenly my picture and the link to my 360 is back today. By the way, your 360 is still there, you just have to find it by going to 360s homepage since the link's not there right now...oh, and I have no idea why this is happening. It's also not "editable" when it's in this phase (i.e., you won't be able to go in and put your pic back - just wait, it will come back on its own).

you dont have to start a new 360 acct.. try doing this. go to 'my q&a' and under the spot where your pic should be click on 'edit my profile'
you should be able to do whatever you need to do there including choose the pic you want to display and to display your 360 page link
