No, unless she is the Ju-on (The Grudge), I will be very scare of the Grudge. The ghost from the ring is nothing compared to the Grudge.

if she is a ghost or spirit who is really creepy like in the ring, and she appears in front of me, then yes, she scares me. If she is a hot girl with long black hair, she doesnt scare me. Except if i have to go up and talk to her.
