If that is the case then who did we learn it from except the men. Men are worst because they rate 100% when it come to being cheaters and telling lies and asking stupid questions like this one.

I think some do. I know that I don't like to give a guy singals if I don't really want to get to know him. Sometimes I am nice to guys and they take it the wrong way. I think it is a play of both of the sexes emotions. Guys sometimes take it the wrong way and girls sometimes lead guys on.

I never have and never would lead a guy on. I have been lead on before by a guy who lied to me about having a girlfriend...I know how much it hurts. I don't understand why people do that crap.

I don't think that is true. I am pretty straight forward. If I don't feel anything I wont lead one to belive that I do. Not into games or pretending.
