I'm sure there are some computor experts that can anwer thjis question. I just went into help and learned a little about Dr. Watson but I'm a little confused. it says when a program error happens Dr. Watson automatically starts. I also read that it can't prevent program errors. Can it fix it? If not, how do I fix it? I really need some help on this.

Do you know when this started if so restore your computer to previous settings Click on start, go to help, in blank space that will appear type in restore, and follow the links to do this. You can always restore it todays settings if you wish.
