There was a big green house or maybe a house and a woman used to ride there on a bike and she spoke with a slight lisp. She would go into the house and there was a tree with an owl in it that made a specific hoot noise. She'd talk alot of kiddie stuff then she'd put some stuff in the tree and the tree would create something from the stuff, eg. Put some pasta and tomatoes and a picture of a cow and the tree would make spaghetti bolognaise.

The only programme I can think that is anything like this was Greenclaws but that had a big green guy and he planted things and then put them in the tree and the owl asked questions before it allowed them to get the thing out of the tree.

I think it was Greenclaws.
That had a tree and an owl and it did that, creating things.
Not sure about the woman on the bike though!
