It seems almost ALL businesses have NO e-mail address to make complaints and take great care to guard even postal addresses. I have found so much to complain about at McDonald's in Germany the past 23 years, but the managers usually as worthless as **** on the proverbial boarhog. Does anyone know an address for McDonald's Deutschland, web or postal, where a real person with AUTHORITY and power to fix problems can be contacted?

Thank you.

I once wrote a complain to

McDonald's Deutschland Inc.
Kundenservice
Drygalski-Allee 51
81477 München
Tel.: 089 / 7 85 94 - 413
Fax: 089 / 7 85 94 - 479

after getting the wrong size, the wrong stuff and of course a cold meal when using a drive through in Germany.

There was no written reaction, just some guy ringing my doorbell in the early afternoon a few weeks later (of course you would expect someone to be at home in the early afternoon, yeah right), who refused to talk to my step daughter about the complain and said he will be back another day in the evening.

If she wouldn't have been at home, I wouldn't even know.
I don't live in Germany any more, but one thing hasn't changed, McDonalds still has the smallest and poorest size of Burgers and one of the worst quality.

Do they still sell the McRib in Germany? It is covered with BBQ marinade on pictures. I once got one that had a spot of the BBQ marinade, smaller than an Euro coin. When I complained at the counter, that there was no marinade on it, the guy really opened the burger, pointed to the small spot and said: "there it is".
I just pointed to the picture and answered: "That's what I ordered".

Write your complain, and take the consequences: The next Burger King will be worth the extra miles.

Get a life! You have nothing better then to make the lives of fastfood workers miserable? How bad can it be for a meal that costs just a few Euro? What you want the entire German chain of McDonald's to listen and obey your AUTHORITY? Just go to Burger King or a Doner stand if you're that upset and have been for the past 23 years.
