This is what it's telling me
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
I tried to get on internet explorer, and while it lets me get to the start up page, I can't log in.
so what can be the problem?

try a proxy like vtunnel ..

I am having the same problem. It could be for certain servers. I have Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer. I tried to log on to myspace for both of them. And they both did not correspond. If you do get to log in may you contact me and tell me exactly how? Because I deleted all of my cookies, and put my settings on low, and it still continues to not work. By any chance dear does it say this:

Do not panic.
Depending on your geographical location you may be affected by on going updates to a Myspace server. The server went down yesterday (about 24 hours ago) and has not been fixed yet.
Can I just ask didn't you realise that this question has been asked around 100 times today?
Just wait a fews hours for the problem to be fixed or log on tomorrow.

Apparently, depending on your location, MySpace is having problems with certain users accessing the system. They are still working on resolving the issue and you'll have to try again later.
In the meantime, go out -- get together with some friends in your local area and have fun.

Its not your computer .. dint worry. It's been like this for me since all day yesterday too .. i know they're having technical difficulties with the servers .. some people can access their myspace and others cant .. and its only the login page .. so annoying =[
