Try http://www.mobile17.com. You upload your own mp3's to the site, determine where in the song you want the ringtone to start and end, and it sends it to you via text. The only charge you pay is any text messaging fee or web browsing (nomally you have to use the browser to download it onto the phone.) The only downside is that it takes a while for it to upload, but if you pay $1.00 you get it instantly.

remember nothing is truly free. the ringtones will be free, but theyll have u prescribe t something that isnt. there are some websites where u sign up for a trivia thing that is so if u answer the qs rite u r entered 4 a money drawing, but it prolly doesnt even exist. thats how i got my jim jones ringtone. it was techniqually free, cuz all i had to do was ignore adn never open the txt messages they sent... but the answer to ur q is...impossible.

I would think if you can afford a cell phone with a monthly bill, you could fork out 3 bucks for a ring tune. And I'm thinkin you have a computer. People like you make me laugh, always wanting something for nothing. Sorry, not gonna happen. Don't be so cheap all your life. Treat yourself. Do you smoke? That costs, do you drink? do you eat out? Do you go to movies? see where I'm going with this?
