myspace is working fine for me and many others. try the following
in internet explorer see if there is a myspace cookie. if so delete it and then try to log into myspace.
To delete a cookie
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, click Settings, and then click View files.
3. Select the cookie you want to delete, and then, on the File menu, click Delete.

Do not panic.
Depending on your geographical location you may be affected by on going updates to a Myspace server. The server went down yesterday (about 24 hours ago) and has not been fixed yet.
Can I just ask didn't you realise that this question has been asked around 100 times today?
Just wait a fews hours for the problem to be fixed or log on tomorrow.
Please look at questions in the community and stop wasting users time or your points.

Apparently, depending on your location, MySpace is having problems with certain users accessing the system. They are still working on resolving the issue and you'll have to try again later.
In the meantime, go out -- get together with some friends in your local area and have fun.

yeah it's been like this for me since all day yesterday too .. i know they're having technical difficulties with the servers .. some people can access their myspace and others cant .. and its only the login page .. so annoying =[
