First off don't panic! Most diseases aren't transmitted between species (including the common cold) so just calm down. I've been sick MANY times around my hamsters with no problem.
My recommendation would be to feed your animals as you normally would but if you are really concerned use only a drop or two of liquid vitamin C with their water and no more than that. You should also consider buying a liquid vitamin for them when you are well to boost their immune system anyways. Also wash your hands before and after feeding them and reduce your contact with them to a minimum if you are really concerned there might be a problem.
Honestly though I'm SURE that you are fine and that your hamsters won't die because you are sick (unless you have the plague or monkey pox or something absurd like that! LOL).
P.S. You can usually call a vet for information like this for free. They usually don't mind answering questions of the sort you asked on the phone for no charge.

I don't think a hamster can be effected by a human cold virus. Plus, vitamin C in a human dosage would be waaaay too strong for a hamster. So you don't need to do anything. If you're worried then wash your hands before handling them and disinfect things you've touched before that they have access to.

I've never heard of a hamster getting a human's cold or flu. As a child I had hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, and rabbits; none of my pets ever caught anything from me. Don't worry about it.

You take the vit.c and leave the hampsters alone to find a way to get the heck away from you, I hope they don't commit it. You may want to let them run free...

No, do not mix it in with their water. It could be very toxic to them and might kill them. Do not hold your hamster when you are sick. They get very sick and will die a very slow and painful death.

Your hamster will not catch you cold. Please do not give them anything other than their normal diet.
