Are you asking how you can spend $100 on your girlfriend in one night? If so, that can't be hard. Go out for a nice dinner, then go to a movie, show or concert. Even people you never heard of will charge $20 a ticket for a well presented concert, and dinner with a tip will run you at least $25 per person at a nice restaurant.
