Nope, it wont hurt the plant at all. At night when the plant is using oxygen it will help the plant. This is just because bubbling helps with gas exchange. If you do use a CO2 system to help plant growth you won't want to use the bubbler because it will remove the CO2 that your trying to put in the water. So basically as long as your not using a carbon dioxide system it will help a little, but I don't think it will hurt anything.

No, it won't hurt your plants, but it won't help either. It's really a personal preference thing unless you have a heavily planted tank. f so It could begin to throw off the gas balance in the water and you would do better without it. For just a few plants though, I wouldn't worry one way or the other.

you do not pick any extra equipment than you've already got in case you follow person-friendly flowers - some examples are Java Ferns, Java Moss, Anubias, Amazon Swords, Moneywort, Anacharis, Pennywort, Vallisneria, Sagittaria, Marimo Balls and Cryptocoryne wendtii. As for stocking, i'd improve the variety of Microrasboras to 10. i have discovered them a strategies extra livelier and outgoing in better numbers.
