All of March usually is.... we start with Bike week in Daytona that really effects the whole state and then Spring Break starts.... but this year with Easter so late it may not be as crowded as most think and the wonderful weeks of Disney are done when the hotels are not as crowded as others.... seems like a good time if you ask me..... others cringe because usually the whole month of March is a mess with Breakers.

You should just miss the spring break crowd. Most schools have spring break a little later. But, the crowds are starting to pick up around this time because some schools do have break that early. It isn't as bad as it is toward the end of Martch and all of April, but it does start to get somewhat busier.
The wonderful weeks of Disney is something new that Disney put out. It is a new form of advertisement to try and get more people to visit during this time by making it look a little more appealing. Basically they are saying that the weather is nicer during this time, the crowds aren't as bad, the rooms aren't as expensive as they are during peak season, etc. It could also be when something special is going on, such as the Flower Festival or Food and Wine Festival, or if a new attraction is opening (which can also mean more crowds)
I think that this would be a very nice time to go. The only problem is that you will be missing the promotions if you are wanting to stay onsite. They have already offerred promotions for your dates. If you can go in mid-April, May or the beginning of June you can get free ticket upgrades. If you can wait until later in the year, they usually offer free dining for mid-August, September and the beginning of October, at least that is what they have done for the past few years.
Good luck with your planning!

The Wonderful Weeks of Disney may be when all the high school marching bands go down there... because my school's marching band is going to Disney World March 5-10, and there are going to be a lot of other bands there for a big competition.

There will be little to no crowds that time of March. Spring break doesn't occur until late March / early April.
Have a great trip!

Think Springbreak, only with eight year old girls in pigtails, not eighteen year olds in bikinis!
I've been there around that time and its horrific!
