First, to see if a site uses frames, visit the site using your web browser, and use View Source to look at the HTML code. If you see
If looks like you have a site at this address that does not use frames:
http://psphowtos.googlepages.com/

but you used some redirection service to change the URL to something else, that ends with "co.nr", and that service does use frames.

One thing that is bad about frames is that search engines cannot see things that are in frames. This means that no search engine will see the text on your site if they use that "co.nr" URL. Since your site is actually at the googlepages.com address, perhaps they will be able to find it that way, but you will have to convince other sites to link to your site using the googlepages.com address, not that "co.nr" address.

It would be better for you to get your own domain name and a real web host, if you want search engines to be able to index the site.

frames allows a website to access multiple pages within their page. The risk is that they may not have control over all of the content they are displaying, or, they may be trying to hide malicious pages.

To see if a page uses frames, there are several ways... but prolly the easiest for a moderate novice would be to turn off frames in your internet explorer options... then try to access the page. It will tell you if it has frames... Look up "Frames" and "iFrames" on googe for more information.

I didn't see any frames.
I don't know who says frames are bad some older browsers don't support frames so web developers usually make frame free versions of their web page but it may not have the same features you get with frames.
