Well thats not a well worded question as the nucleus isn't an organelle. But yeah its still the nucleus. But remember, its not an organelle.

While I'm not sure I would classify the nucleus as an "organelle", it is where the cellular DNA is, in the form of chromatin: protein & dna all stuck together and wound over on itself in all sorts of interesting ways.

The mitochondria is where cell respiration (energy conversion from food (glucose/pyruvate) to ATP) takes place. Interestingly, the mitochondria has some of it's own DNA (one of the reasons why it is believed to have originally been it's own organism, and then been swallowed up by another cell and evolved from there...very cool). But the mitochondria DNA doesn't have all the cell DNA which is needed for cell reproduction.

The Golgi complex is a membrane body involved in packaging and labeling molecules for secretion.

Proteins are synthesized into the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum if they are secretory or membrane proteins.

The Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum in involved in lipid synthesis.

Obviously we are talking about invitro fertilization and implantation of the zygote - Doctors do this very thing all the time in fertility clinics! (Surly if human physicians can figure out how to do this it is no streatch to recognize that the God who created it all to do it!) Virgin births are happening all the time these days. Lesbians who have never had intercourse with men are being implanted with in-vitro fertilized eggs or artifically inseminated. Once again a biblical account scoffed at as being impossible is now happening on a daily basis as result of modern technology! As to DNA sequences - Christ had no known offspring and time-travel is not at this point a possibility so there is no way to obtain any samples. But once again, scientists are building their own DNA sequences in the lab and implanting them into living organisms, If human scientists can do this, there is no reason to believe the creator of it all could not do the same! Asker: The proble of 'extra DNA' is answered in my second paragraph - try taking a class in reading comprehension, idiot!

It has to be the nucleus, nothing else contains DNA.
