for some reason when I tried to order something and have it be delivered on the 5th and it won't let me do it, it skips to tuesday the 6th. And I went to make a payment to one of my bills and it said the payment date would be Tuesday Feb. 6th...instead of monday

Not a holiday - Should be cause I'm going to be tired after friends and Super Bowl. It should be Super Bowl Saturday instead of Sunday. Hope you find your answer.

According to my calendars, Mon 5Feb2007 is a business day and not a holiday. Some small businesses have closed for the day after the Superbowl—but not banks or the feds.
