Davey writes lyrics in a way that anyone could interprete the lyrics anyway they want. We'll never find out what "Miss Murder" is really about because Davey will never say the exact meaning of the song because he is against that.
He knows it will ruin it for those who interpreted the song in a different way if he say what it is really about.
Just take whatever you can from the song and leave it at that.
Though to me, I think the lyrics on Miss Murder connects with the other songs and may provide clues to the Clandestine and 337 mystery.

just my thoughts.....but i think it's about losing your faith and wishing you could change that loss. there's definitely some religious overtones to the lyrics....
