It doesn't have as many of the features as other sites, though. I'm not sure of any of their addresses, but this is the official site.
Once you've created your character, you'll have to take a screen shot (press prt/sysreq on your keyboard), go into paint or some other photo editing software, click "paste," and then save your character.
