i had a breast reduction and i would love to do playboy but i want to make so they could cover the scars there not bad but i dont know how that works would they airbursh it or just say no? has any girl that posed for playboy ever has a breast reduction??

Consider they airbrush the heck out of the pictures you'd have a good chance.
Use some scar serums on the scars to lighten them. Scars usually take about a year or so to get taken care of. Mederma, ScarGuard, and Palmers Scar Serum helped my scars greatly.
