As a conservative, I find that it proves that the Liberal Democrats lie about Everything, and believe in Nothing!

yes we were all duped. Of course I realize Saddam wished the world to think he had more than he did. He was bluffing Iran and others. Had we taken more time to check facts we could have handled this differently. Saddam bieng gone is not a bad thing, just that we had no good plan in place to prevent whats going on now. Namely getting bogged down keeping the power vacuum from being filled by worse. Hindsight says we would have done better to go to Iran first since Saddam was pretty well contained before to just shooting at our planes. He still would have made a better regional ally than the extremist leaders of the nieghboring countries. That said "Could we then or now or in the future contain that region" I doubt it possible for anyone to do it. England tried and failed. We won't even get as far as they did. My thinking is that head we gone Iran/Syria we would'nt have left such a hole(seeing as how Sunniare majority) and possibly kept more support going in the long run.

I consider myself pretty liberal, although I have no political affiliation. I have known full well for a very long time that the President acted within the congressional authority that was given to him, and yes, the Dem's. are indeed and have been for a while attempting to rewrite history, like Hillary who just said recently that Bush "misused" his authority.

Democrats are 'for' whatever Bush is against. They can't get into office otherwise.

It has nothing to do with the good of our country.

What exactly do you want to know? At the time, everyone was under the impression that our President was capable of telling the truth.. years later, no weapons of mass destruction, thousands dead and more to come.. because Bush wants to escalate this insane war. BUSH LIES.. THOUSANDS DIE.
