Suspicious = openly distrustful and unwilling to confide

You need a complete sentence here. However, reclusive refers to a person who shies away from contact with people while suspicious refers to a sort of behaviour pattern: someone walks into a bank and looks "suspicious", "out of place" something doesn't look or feel right about that person: you're just wondering if he's going to rob the place.
