I always feel so good after I exercise. But for some reason I always hate the thought of starting it, even though I know the end result is usually good. Anyone else feel this way?

You have pretty well described me everyday. I wake up at 5;30 am and head to the gym and most days I have to talk myself into it. By the time I'm done, I feel fantastic. On days where I skip the gym, I regret it because I generally fell like crap all day.

I do some Pilates first, then I go running and lift weights. The Pilates stretches you really well and gives you plenty of energy to go burn. Also, some good hard rock helps a lot too. : )

Ahh. Exercise eh? It is not so much the doing exercise or any aching after effects for me......... It is the motivation that's the real killer.
