i hav a window that says i have my ink cartridrige in wrong?

It will not let me print

If it is an HP cartridge... replace it... for some reason they do that... we had same cartridge in ours for over a year then one day it pops that same message up... go figure

take the cartridge out and reinsert it. Then try again.

you probably have it in wrong then....on the cartraige...it should say how to put it in...i hope i can help!
