LONG BEACH SOUTH LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO-OAKLAND CA, MOBILE ALABAMA , GET OUT MAP AN FIND CITY NEXT TO OCEAN OR ONE OF THE GREAT LAKES AND YOU WILL FIND CONTAINER PORTS.

Avoid being in the middle of the country as far away from oceans and ports as you can get. Other than that, pick an ocean, then pick a city with a port.
