i've heard this from a couple of different people and i want to know if anyone else has heard it...

No he isn't.
He is dating the runner up for Miss Teen USA. They have been dating for quite sometime now, so if he was homosexual I think that would be a problem and they wouldn't be dating anymore.
My answer is deffinitly NO.
