should UVA be in the top 25 in basketball after beating #16 Clemson and #8 Duke in the same week and a record of 14-6

I think they should be just outside the top 25 as of now. Singletary is the real deal, but 6 losses is too much to be in the top 25. I say if they get another quality win under their belts, they should make it.

They should be, they have beaten 3 ranked teams - Arizona, Clemson, and Duke. The losses, unfortunately came during a silly winter road trip to Puerto Rico, which ended up being what killed them (not only were players sick, but Ryan Pettinella injured his knee), as well as losses to a couple ranked teams (i.e. UNC and Stanford - only by one point, btw). However i almost secretly hope they arent ranked, because they seem to play better when they have something like that to fight for.

Sure, why not? UVA is probably among the top15-20 teams in the country right now. I'll buy that. I'm glad they beat Duke.

Yes, people think they only have one win that was big but if you remember at the beginning of the year they also beat a very tough Arizona team pretty convincingly. Id say they will be 24 next poll.

It all depends who drops out, I think West Virginia will move in, just because they are 18-4, and they are playing two top 10 teams next week, Pitt and UCLA, so the networks will want them ranked.

I would say just inside, but clemson and virginia tech and alabama should all be out.
