how to remove spark plugs on pass.side

You probably have to remove passenger side tire and remove the plastic shield under the fender to replace them. If are not accessible from top.

You haven't told us which engine you have but there really aren't any special tricks to removing spark plugs on any engine. Ratchets with swivels and extentions and even busted knuckles are usually required to get to "tight-access" spark plugs.
