The car has been stored and haven't been turned on for about 3-4 months and the gas has just been sitting there. Can I still add fuel stabilizers such as Sta-Bil to freshen up the gas or is it too late? If it is too late, do I need to suck out the old gas and replace it with new gas? I used Octane Rating 91 fuel if that helps.

you can add stabilizer to your fuel anytime you want.....but it wont bring it back.......only prevent it from getting worse........after you add the sta-bil .....run the engine to get the additive all the way to the injector,s/carburetor...........try to keep as large a quantity of treated fuel in the tank.......this should hold you till spring.

my recommendation is.remove and replace it.is not only the quality is also the moisture and the inherent acids might not only clog .but, also spoil something down, in the fuel line.
