I think the point is for you to write one. One of my pet peeves is when people can't accept their responsibilities and don't follow through with them!

You must have a pet peeve, everyone does. Mine is that sound that bananas make when they're being chewed, or the sound of a nail clipper!!
Anyway, pick your own petpeeve and talk about why it bugs you so much - personal experrence, where it happens most - etc etc

I don't understand - you have to write one and want to see an example? Just think of a pet peeve of yours and start brain storming, then write it down!

Umm...you write one? otherwise, i doubt you're going to find a speech like that on the internet, or it would be pretty hard to find. Honestly, it's not that hard to write one yourself though. It'll probably take shorter than trying to find one on the internet.

do your own homework. ever hear the word "plagiarism"? look it up.
you know what my pet peeve is? children who ask for homework answers instead of doing it on their own.
