Absolutely. Topless (or nude) is great in appropriate places, such as on a beach, at a pool, or simply lying in the sun on a warm summer day. Of course, it's perfectly appropriate at home as well.
Breasts are not meant to be confined, and studies have shown that there is a much lower incidence of breast cancer in societies where the wearing of bras is minimal or non-existent.
It feels (and assuming that you've got a decent body) and looks great to be casually topless in an apporpriate place on a sunny day. Enjoy it if at all possible.

I believe it is, but I'm a size AAAA or something who doesn't need a bra ever, not sure if it'll be good for you if you're big or if they will sag. Just no experience in that field! :)

No as it causes excess pull on your pectoralis muscles and your breasts will end up sagging as time goes on. You need to wear a bra to help support the breast tissue. If you have no breasts so to speak then it is ok but if you have enough to put into a bra then you need to wear one.
