I think my oscar puked today when i had to put him into another tank due to my 4 y/o pouring a mixed drink into his tank.

no fish can not puke. what you might of saw was diarrhea because he might of breathed in the drink and made him ill

I'm not sure they can...But all I know is the only thing that I have ever seen close to fish puking is it spitting out it's food.

I have never heard of a fish puking! I guess its possible though.

I am not sure, you definitely should change the water though, even if the filter cleans it up. Hope it all goes well!
