Soon we are all blind. Revenge may sound sweet, but it can result in a ongoing spiral of hate and retribution. What is happening in Iraq is a testament to this.

It was first written in the 'code of hammurabi': the first known written law code (i think it was about4-5 thousand years ago im not 100% sure) it pretty much stated that payback should be exactly what the first offence was. Alot of people think that this is a good idea, but it is the most primative law (i think) in history.
As stated by Ghandi: "an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind"

When that phrase was allowed to be practiced it simply meant, you do me wrong, it's payback time.
There was a time when this was appropriate. Not sure if it is anymore.
But not sure if I could contain myself if someone hurt those I loved. Justice is not always served but an "eye for an eye" would take care of that.

Like trading cards...
I'll trade you this Pickachu for this (insert some Pokemon name).
Or if the Pickachu is worth a bit less than other Pokemon then the owner of the Pickachu gives another card to balance the trade.
:D
