Even if you can find such a product I wouldn't trust it to get the job done in a reliable way. Satwater is touchy... take your time and don't try to rush things. Also plesae remember that the best answer to something isn't always found in a bottle or pill from the pet store. Nature works pretty well if we will let it.

The product you are looking for is called Bio-spira. It is kept refrigerated(I hear their coming out with a "bottled" product soon.). It is pricey, and the sell different sized pouches according to aquarium size. Not all LFS carry it. I would still take it slowly. There are ways to instantly "cycle" a tank, but it requires other cycled tanks to do so(seeded filters). I start up and shut down 10-20g's all the time, but then again I have alot of tanks and filters. I think it would be better $$$ spent on a good quality Live Rock instead. BTW make sure you get the SW type, as they have both. And read directions carefully BEFORE adding.

I don't see how a magic liquid can do in 24 hours what nature does in 5 weeks. "Let the buyer beware"
