No, its not a rumor, I've seen little girls wearing wearing them under disgustingly short skirts. its so gross.

My ex girlfriend's 13 year old niece wore them too. And of course the standard outfit for that, was low rider jeans/pants, making it hard to miss.It's absolutely gross and wrong on sooooooooooo many levels!! I just got up and left, it was that bad. I think retailers should put some sort of moral sense before profit. Jeez.

For one obvious reason, because people are stupid enough to purchase them. I'm sure it's not the 5 year olds that are buying these themselves. If people had enough sense to not buy this crap the stores would quit selling it and the manufacturers would quit producing it.

Well the sad thing is alot of people do except this and allow their children to wear this older stuff(cause she is so cute). Well tell that to the guy down the street wackin off to her. This helps nobody especially our growing list of child predators!

it's not pedophilia, it's just a marketing thing I guess coz money is never enough for these greedy companies. Sooner or later, body paint would be in fashion and everyone would be virtually nude on th estreets.
