i'm really like the hispanic culture and listen to a lot of reggaeton- but im black and some of my friends dont like the fact that i like it . some of my family/ friends would b like "stop listenin 2 that - ur black."
do u think that its a bad thing 2 like stuff outide of ur culture? and if so tell me y cause i dont get it ...

Taste in music can be irrelevant to colour,culture and ethnicity...You're free to like and listen to any kind of music that you like!!I'm greek but not as fond of traditional greek music as most greeks are!I love reggaeton,too!It's my favourite kind of music(along with r'n'b)and really don't care if it's not that popular in my country....

Not weird at all. I like Gospel, Jazz, Blues, Rhythm and blues, Funk, Rock, Pop, Electronic music, Ska, Reggae, Dub, Hip hop, Rap, décima, rumba, bomba, plena, cumbia, samba, marimba Festejo, Landó, Negroide, Socabón, Son de los Diablos, Zamacueca, classical.. Gosh the list of music I like is almost limitless.
But not Country Western. Don't like Country Western. Reminds me of dogs howling.
And you would call me white, although I am mixed really.

I'm hispanic and I love Reggaeton! I also love black hip-hop. When I listen to Nelly, 50, Lil Jon (and other crunk) and many others...my friends also tell me the same..."stop listening to dat, you isn't black." But you know what, I enjoy it and I dance to it and I'm gonna enjoy it any ways!
Reggaeton all you want nene!!!!!!! I'm backing you up!

noooo...you just like different tastes of music i love rock too, well actually i like all different types of music not just hip-hop, if someone said something about what you liked it's probably because you don't fit the black stereotype that folks want you to fit.
