Chances of another ectopic?

I had an etopic in july of last year it didnt rupture and docs say i had no cause what is the chaqnce this will happen again?and will i carry normal again?p.s it was my first pregnancy and i fell preg in the first month of trying

Also my husband is in the services in turkey he says they have been putting stuff in the soup to stop morning erections what is this stuff and will it effect his fertility?
