What's wrong with me? Whenever I feel stressed, I have to dance away But that dancing became so addicting that I dance almost the whole day. It's scarey. But if I don't dance, I will feel stressed out of school and other things.
Should I just stop listening to music and be depressed? Because once I start dancing to one song it becomes thousand songs. I can't even study.

Take a dancing class. If you have no after-school activities or have seemingly no time for fun, take an extra-curricular class, a sport, or dancing. You need a moderation of time to work and time to play in good, not necessarily perfect, balance. Winter break's soon so hang in there, pal.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you. If you like music you shouldn't stop listening to it . maybe you need to stop doing the things that stress you out or at least cut back on them

Never stop listening to music, no matter what. But take a break now and then to study and do other things you need to do.

do something like joining a dance academy or something like that
