I know what "Pinching A Loaf" means. I want to know the origins.

It's common when cooking stuffed breads to "pinch the loaf" closed after adding the fillings. The sphincter also pinches the feces as it passes, creating a loaf-like shape....from a degenerate's point of view. No one's sure when this term first become commonplace.
