ITS regine velasquez for her versatilty and vocal prowess. I never heard a singer like regine in my entire life. Using her chest voice, she can reach high notes up to the 6th octave, playing acrobatics with, and sustain it. Her very powerful voice leaves us in an awe. I'll go for mariah for her whistle register and popularity. But i think regine is much pretier than mariah, mariah looks like an old women.

Regine is a screamer , she cant sing lol she copies Mariah's songs. Mariah Carey is the best

Neither. They are probably the most skillful singers but I like a bit of emotion and meaning in my music. Melanie Safka, Janis Joplin, Tori Amos, Francoise Hardy, Stevie Nicks now THOSE are singers!
