Yes, I am going to preach...what were you thinking and where are your parents. God girl, when I was your age I had other things on my mind. You are so young and your life is going to change so much. I have two boys and it's hard sweetheart. At least you are trying to do whats right and you are owning up for your mistakes and for that I do commend you. Just be sure and continue to do right by that baby, cause it's a HUGE responsibility.
As far as a name goes, I pick by what sounds good together with the last name. Devin Michael and David Alexander, they flow well. From the names you are choosing from though, I think that Carlos is my favorite.

I'd say Eduardo. The reason for this is that I have seen people with all of the other 3 names made fun of for their names.

it all depends on where you are thinking of bringing this child up. Depending on peoples accents the will be calling the poor lad josie or worse. Go for mario which is pronounced the same (more or less) where ever your from. Also he wont have to spell it out every time he is asked his name.
