Contact local housing trusts directly. She should speak to her midwife who may know of local agencies that can help her. I would also recommend seeking advice at a different CAB as the first one may have been staffed by an inexperienced and/or inept worker or volunteer. Ask to speak to someone who specialises in housing issues. She can also refuse to leave her current home until she is forced to do so by a court order. This is stressful but I think she should check this out with a solicitor to see if I am correct.
Has she contacted her Social Services department? There is a Social worker based in every hospital so she may be able to see the worker based at her Maternity hospital. She needs more professional people to help her doesn't she? Good luck!

For starters stop paying the debts. She has more priorities now than paying them. I don't particularly condone it but if you are literally at the point of being homeless your not going to be able to pay debts back anyway. The citizens advice should be able to help with getting them reduced officially.

Would this be enough to help pay the rent? Or perhaps she could speak to her landlord for a reduction for a short period. Or put an advertisement in the paper for a room to let.

The only other thing then i suppose is a shelter bedsit, once she has a child she will not just be left to live in the streets that's for sure.

Try looking on line for assistance, you never know what information you might find to help.

contact shelter as they can give her correct advice based on the housing laws. I would think that if she has to leave to her flat then if she was to take proof of that and her pregnancy then the council would need to offer her housing of some sort, however this maybe homeless accommodation of a bed and breakfast until they can offer her a permanent tenancy. I realise that you cant help her very much but your friend is having a very hard time and needs alot of support. Please make sure that she sees a doctor for regular check ups on her baby. Also make sure that she makes arrangements with the babys dad for financial support after the birth, if he is not willing to pay then she will need to contact the csa.

You should take her in with stipulations. She needs a better job and to save some money. Do not put the man's name on the birth certificate of he can fight for custody. She may be able to sue him for support...married or unmarried. Why do you use the word "partner"? Is that a gay term? or is it a live in boyfriend? If it is, why go you women play house and expect so much from these men. Why buy the cow...I say.

look in the newspaper maybe she can find room and board at someones house, that are looking. and she can work for them, do cleaning like a live in sitter or maid. or even an elderly person who don't like being a lone, good luck. Or how about a relative of hers.

A friend in need is a friend indeed!

You must help her out somehow…
By taking her in…
By helping her find a proper job…
By finding someone who can help her…
Or in any other way…

Think about "how you can help her" rather than "if you should help her or not".

She does have somewhere to go. She can go to a homeless shelter, or a clinic ( probably teen). She hasa few options, she just needs to look for them.
