my problem is that my internet wont update to the current day. let me expain lets say on monday ill visit the yahoo homepage and it will give me current informaiton on that day then i'll go back on wednesday and access the yahoo homepage but it will still show up monday's stuff and it doesnt update to the current day. i have to hit refresh on my bar for it to go to the current day. does anyone know why this is or how to fix it? this happens on all the pages not just yahoo, yahoo was just an example.

Try going to Internet/Tools/Options/Advanced and find the Security section. Look for "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder".

It sounds like you're working off the 'cache' version

I like to delete all of the temporary folders everytime I close my internet window - then I am assured of a fresh copy of everything.

You have got to clear the browser cache that you can find in the options (found usually in edit>prferences or tools>options etc)
