If you're about 23 or older, no. There are tons of reasons to like an older guy and lots of them are totally messed up. If you're old enough to know who you are and the relationship is not harmful, I say go with what works. Its a lot easier to be happy in a non-traditional relationship than to spend years in therapy learning why and how to like guys your own age.
Everyone is a freak show, the trick is to be your own director.

age really doesnt make much difference....my b/f is 17 years younger than me...yes...I am old enough to be his mother....but I am not a mother figure to him...we have so much in common...I am a young thinker...have a young mindset...and it works for us...we will be together 8 years in August. I don't care what people think about it...we are happy...and that's all that matters...

I would take a guess that he is around 48 or so given that he answered a question yesterday stating how long he has been out of school,but that is just my guess.It doesnt matter how old someone is for you to have a innocent crush

No. It's all in how you feel. I know for a fact that some younger women are drawn to older men. They say maybe it's because they didn't get enough attention from daddy. Lucky for me I like younger women too. Hell, I like older ones as well.
