I'm wondering how many career points Tim Duncan will have by the end of his career? Give a good estimate of how many points you think he will end up with?

Most likely not. His career stats can be found at:

As of right now Duncan is listed at 15,671 points after playing 9 and a half seasons (the end of this season will be his tenth in the league). Assuming he reaches 16,000 points at the end of this season, which is very likely, he will need to average 1,800 points for the next 5 seasons in order to break 25,000. The bad news is that Duncan has topped 1,800 points in a season only 3 times in his career. Those times were in years that he was realitively healthy, something of which he hasn't been for most of the last four seasons.

In retrospect it shouldn't matter whether he breaks 25,000. Duncan has solidified himself as a hall of fame big man that helped carry the Spurs to three championships.
