Fidel Castro. Dam communist. Because in Cuba you do not have the right to your opinion. Watch your mouth in Cuba also. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. There are no equal opportunities there. So be grateful you are in the US of A. But in reality evil is everywhere. Whether you see it or feel it, you can tell, but when someone is pondering the thought it is even more than evil is WICKED.

Well, there's Hitler like many other people have said. I'm not fond of Bush like someone mentioned, but I don't think he's wicked.. Most wicked persons ever would be those who willingly kill people for their own entertainment/pleasure/whim. They are wicked.

depending on what you mean by "wicked":
for wicked as in "evil": i'd say Hitler... coz even though he was a maniac and should be considered sick instead of evil... that guy murdered thousands of innocent people (who he had never even met, let alone had something against them) IN COLD BLOOD!!! he had people carry out experiments on them, rape them, starve them, burn them, and then not only did he put them in gas chambers, but he also turned them into soap afterwards!! i mean, ok, u hate someone, coz he did something to you that yuo didnt appreciate, but dont take it out on an entire race just coz that ONE person gave you a bad impression!!! having power doesnt mean you have the right to actually USE it!!!
if on the other hand you meant it as in "cool" or "awesome": then i would defiantely have to say George, my very best friend and as of recently, very CLOSE buddy!!! he is just the most interesting person alive! he is into virtually everything: he paints professionally, he plays the electric guitar (a fender stratocaster) in a local band, he teaches icon-painting and music (freelance), he has the most amazing sense of humor (Chandler style - for those who watch FRIENDS), he is gentle and sweet with people who need sensitivity in their lives, he is loud and gets his point across when around people who like that in their company, he is understanding and helpful, which makes him the BEST person to pour your heart out to, he is so accommodating and never makes any one do something they dont want to, he never pressurizes anyone, he always makes you feel at home around him, he always asks for people's opinion to make them feel needed and appreciated, he is perfectly content wherever you take him, which makes him the best company (eg: he wont complain "why did we come here? i dont like it here, i prefer the other place" wherever you go with him its fine with him) and above all... he NEVER lets the people around him feel unacknowledged!!! you always have his attention, in one form or another, and you will never be ignored, no matter how many other people are there talking with him or if he's on the phone, or sending a text message... you will still be acknowledged!! in lesser words, the guy is perfect to be around and he is without a doubt the most WICKED person i know!!!!

My step-mom! She never wanted kids yet married a man (my dad) who had two daughters. She used to get jealous and she was not nice to us at all. She would plan vacations without us and so we spent more time away from him. She would also make us wear these ridiculous clothes, probably on purpose. She was just plain awful.
