does it give off hydrogen quicker when the hydrocloric acid is hotter? (and the acid is the same concentration)

All reactions are based on successful collisions of molecules. The higher the temperature, the more energy the molecules have when they collide. The liklihood of having the necessary energy for a reaction (called activation energy) is better at a higher temperature. Therefore, your reaction goes faster.

Increasing the temperature. The molecules go a little faster, so they collide a little more often. Average
molecular speed goes up only as the square root of the temperature, so a big
increase in temperature produces only a tiny change in molecular collision rates. THIS IS NOT WHY
TEMPERATLIRE AFFECTS THE RATE OF A REACTION SO STRONGLY!

The actual temperature dependence depends on the size of Energy of activation. A large Eact makes the reaction very temperature sensitive, a little change in temperature makes a big change in reaction rate. A small Eact means that it takes a bigger temperature change to make the same change in rate. All chemical reactions go faster at higher temperatures

Instead of going at higher temperatures, that could bring to side reactions, chemists always try to find new catalysts, so they speed up the rate of the reaction at the same temp.

When the tempreture is higher the molecules inside the atom have more energy. This means they move around more and are therefore more likely to hit the magnesium atoms quicker.
With a lower tempreture the particles have less energy, move around slower and are therefore it will take more time for them to collide with the magnesium atoms.

Yes - most reactions double in rate for every 10C rise in temperature. This one does, too.
